Our adventures are as unique as your group.

Every group that comes to NorthBay has its own special chemistry. Your group is every bit as unique as any other. So at NorthBay you’ll encounter a team building adventure that meets your group’s specific needs and goals.

You’ll meet hosts and facilitators who are willing to take the time to get to know you, which will result in a personal and meaningful experience you’ll never forget. This is not your typical day of team building.

We operate all activities on the principle of Challenge by Choice. This means everyone in your group will get to test their individual limits, ensuring everyone will learn something and grow from the experience.

Our facilitators love what they do.

Our team building facilitators rate their success on how much each group gets out of their team building experience. All of our facilitators are trained in the latest team building and safety techniques. Just as important, you’ll encounter people who are prepared to understand your group’s dynamics and excited about forming real connections. This adds up to an environment where everyone feels comfortable and ready to take on the day.
