NorthBay’s rates are based on a tiered-pricing structure that allows larger group discounts for securing more people in a contracted reservation. There are no minimum numbers needed to secure a reservation at NorthBay because all overnight pricing will be based on a group’s guaranteed minimum reservation number. Simply put, the more people you bring the less you will pay.
If you bring more than your contracted guaranteed minimum and it puts you in a different pricing tier; we will be happy to lower your per person rate to accommodate your increase in numbers. Special Notes: 2. You are required to bring your own medical volunteer and medical supplies for the length of your camp stay. You are not charged if you provide your own medical volunteer. These volunteers can be a doctor, nurse or certified EMT. We can hire a nurse on your behalf through a local nursing staffing agency. The current market rates will apply and will be added to your final invoice. 3. You will only be charged for sound system use should your group require our NorthBay Sound Tech to run your program. Rates will be based on agenda for the week. 4. Adventure work crew assists NorthBay staff in facilitating the adventure elements for your group. Ask your NorthBay Guest Services Coordinator how many adventure work crew will be required for your group. |
